Dr. William S. Potter is one of the region's most experienced board-certified pediatric ophthalmologists. He graduated from New York Medical College with an M.D. degree. William then completed a residency in ophthalmology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He then completed a pediatric ophthalmology fellowship at the prestigious Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.
Currently, William is an active Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He sees all pediatric patients of all types, ranging from routine eye examinations to rare medical conditions. In addition, he specializes in strabismus surgery in children and adults. William has received multiple awards and has been voted Top Doctor consistently by Greenwich Magazine, New Canaan-Darien Magazine, and Westport Magazine. He has also been recognized multiple times by Castle Connolly in "Top Doctors: New York Metro Area."
