A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Duke University, Dr. Densel earned her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, one of the nation's most prestigious medical institutions. She completed her ophthalmology residency at New York Medical College, developing advanced skills in both surgical and medical eye care. Dr. Densel is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Densel practices comprehensive ophthalmology with expertise in pediatric ophthalmology, a Castle Connolly recognized specialty area. Her clinical focus includes routine and complex eye examinations, dry eye management, ocular infections, excessive tearing, eyelid disorders, and age-related vision changes. Whether addressing a child's first vision concern or managing a chronic eye condition in an adult, Dr. Densel's three decades of hands-on experience ensure accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment for every patient. She maintains an affiliation with Greenwich Hospital.
